Hi there!
My name is Fer González Morales, and I founded affectED Studio to make learning more meaningful, humane, and impactful.
I am a learning designer, facilitator, and researcher working across education and organisational learning in international, mission-driven contexts. I design learning experiences that help people and organisations grow through reflection, practice, and application—bridging strategy, pedagogy, and real-world challenges.

What I Know
Learning is co-creative, social, and applied. The learning that matters most is the kind that allows people to become who they want to be and to do what they did not yet know was possible. In a fast-paced world, meaningful learning requires intentional spaces that nourish both mind and body and enable sustainable impact.
What I Believe
Learning involves change, and change requires openness and vulnerability. One of the greatest challenges of our time is remaining curious, questioning our assumptions, and listening deeply to others. Learning thrives in relational, ethical environments where people feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow together.
What I Do & Want
Through affectED Studio, I design and support learning initiatives that help individuals, teams, and organisations grow with intention. I am motivated by projects that aim to create positive social impact and contribute to more thoughtful, just, and sustainable ways of working.
