Strategy & Analysis

What it is

I conduct a strategic audit of your learning ecosystem to understand what truly needs to change — and how learning and technology can support it. This goes beyond traditional needs analysis to look at people, platforms, content, systems, and culture. Ideal when you’re unsure what to build, how to scale learning, or how to align training with organizational goals.

I design and develop digitally enabled learning experiences that people can actually use. From online courses to blended programs, I apply technopedagogical design to ensure technology supports learning — not the other way around.
